Muscle-ups, as you are prone to know, are hardly a stroll within the park. 

Combining a strict pull-up with a body weight dip to full extension, muscle-ups have been the signature of the fitness center elite and the gold commonplace of calisthenic strikes for generations.

But one man has taken it even additional. Lee Wade Turner, a calisthenics PT, has damaged the world document for strict muscle-ups — very spectacular, you may agree.
